Shipping & Return Policy
If you,re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!
Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands.
Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:
*Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card send via email. We will not issue refunds.
*All returns must be received within 7 days.
-In store purchases ( including IN-STORE PICK UP) 7 days from date of purchase.
-Shipped orders 7 days from the date you receive your order.
*Anything purchased at a discounted price AND accessories are FINAL SALE and are not eligable for return.
-Accessories include jewelry, hats, bralettes, scarves, sunglasses, cups/mugs & home decor.
*Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached. Please circle the item you are returning on the receipt.
*Include your original invoice receipt & please include the reason for the return, and your email address, and phone number.
*Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
*Please allow 72 hours to process your return once it is received.
*We are a small Boutique and on occassion there will be an item that online says instock, but has been sold in the store, in this case we will issue a refund sent to your email in the form of a giftcard for you to find another treasure on our site or in-store.
